AquaNav: Swimming Pool Cleaner Guidance System

AQUANAV is a uniquely designed, patented device which is attached to your pool-cleaner, whatever the make, to navigate the cleaner throughout your pool to ensure that every nook and cranny is reached and cleaned.

This unique device will maneuver the pool cleaner over the entire surface area of the pool especially those areas that were not accessible by the pool cleaner before.  This movement prevents the common figure eight pattern that pool cleaners establish during operation.

AQUANAV will not only ensure surface area coverage but will also prevent the pool cleaner from becoming stuck in tight corners and on pool steps.  Should the pool cleaner get stuck AQUANAV will with its unique movement “pull” the cleaner out of these tight spots.  This is done by the constant randomization movement of the AQUANAV unit ensuring that your pool cleaner does what it was designed to do - clean the entire pool.

INSTALLATION:

To ensure optimum performance the AQUANAV can be positioned anywhere along the pool cleaners hoses.  This positioning is dependant on the size and shape of each individual pool. It can either be connected on the lowest point nearest the pool cleaner or float connected to the pipe from the weir.

It is important to move the position of the AQUANAV along the hoses in order to determine the most effective position for your specific pool.

In small pools (10 hoses) AQUANAV will generally work best close to the weir floating on top of the water with the arrow facing upwards.  In larger pools position the AQUANAV unit closer to the pool cleaning unit to have a more direct influence on the cleaner itself but far enough for AQUANAV to still float at the water level.

In pools with angular walls where the cleaner will not climb the entire wall to the water level, the AQUANAV may be attached onto the first hose from the cleaner, forcing the AQUANAV to work underneath the Water.

TECHNICAL SPESIFICATIONS:

Aquanav is powered by a turbine driven gearbox. It works totally independent of the cleaner and has no effect on either the filter pump or the suction ability of the cleaner.

Dirt, being removed by the cleaner, passes normally to the filter of your pool without affecting the moving parts of the Aquanav.
